In Brazil, this style of service is called rodizio: the cuts keep arriving until you decide you’re done. Here’s how it works.

Start at the Gourmet Table. Choose from 50+ items, from signature salads, carpaccio and charcuterie to grilled cinnamon pineapple and cheese with guava.

Turn your coaster to green. Our gauchos bring 17+ cuts to your table and carve them onto your plate, including Picanha, Filet Mignon, Fraldinha (Bavette), Beef Ancho (Ribeye) and Cordeiro (Lamb). Tell them how you like it cooked, from rare to well done.

Turn it to red to take a break. Your three side dishes stay on the table throughout, with favorites like Corn Brûlée, Fried Yuca and Caramelized Bananas.
The Gourmet Table and your three side dishes are included, and kids enjoy special pricing.
