Since opening our doors in 2021, Adega Gaucha has been guided by a simple vision: to bring the authentic spirit of Southern Brazilian churrasco to Florida while delivering the level of hospitality expected from a modern fine dining experience.

Inspired by the traditions of the Brazilian gauchos, skilled cattlemen who perfected the art of cooking premium meats over open flames, Adega Gaucha was created to honor a culinary culture built on quality ingredients, genuine hospitality, and memorable gatherings around the table.

Today, what began as a single vision has grown into a recognized Brazilian steakhouse brand serving guests across Orlando, Kissimmee, and Deerfield Beach. Meet Ricardo Oliveira

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Ricardo Oliveira co-founded Adega Gaucha with a mission to elevate the Brazilian steakhouse experience in the United States while preserving the traditions that define authentic churrasco culture.

With more than two decades of experience in Brazilian hospitality and restaurant operations, Ricardo has built his career by combining operational excellence with a passion for guest experience. His journey through the restaurant industry provided firsthand insight into every aspect of hospitality, from service standards and team development to culinary operations and leadership.

Under his leadership, Adega Gaucha has grown from a single restaurant concept into one of Florida’s most recognized Brazilian steakhouse brands. His focus remains the same today as it was on opening day: creating memorable experiences, investing in people, and honoring the traditions of Brazilian cuisine.
