Submit an event request through our online form or email events@adegagaucha.com. A member of our events team will contact you to confirm your preferred date, location, group size, package selection, and availability.
What is included in the group dining packages?
Every Silver, Gold, Ruby, and Platinum package includes the Full Churrasco Experience. Higher package tiers may also include dessert, bottled water, cocktails, premium coffee service, and additional beverages. Separate breakfast and bar packages are also available.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Yes. Group dining packages are available for parties of 15 or more guests.
How long is the group dining experience?
Group packages are scheduled for 2.5 hours. Additional time may be available depending on the location, event date, and space selected.
Does everyone at the table need to select the same package?
Yes. Group packages require full-table participation, meaning all guests seated with the group must participate in the selected package.
Are taxes and service fees included?
No. An 18% service fee, a 3% administrative fee, and the applicable local sales tax (Orlando: 6.5%, Kissimmee: 7.5%, Deerfield Beach: 7%) are added to the package price.
Are Halal options available?
Halal lamb chops are available as part of the Full Churrasco Experience at all three Adega Gaucha locations. Please mention any dietary requirements when submitting your event request so our team can discuss the available options with you.
