Reserve Your Experience
We highly recommend making reservations in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. You can easily book your table through our website or by calling your preferred Adega Gaucha location directly. Walk-ins are welcome, but seating is subject to availability.
Our dress code is Smart Casual. We ask that guests refrain from wearing gym attire, excessively revealing clothing, or beachwear. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable while enjoying a premium Adega Gaucha dining atmosphere.
Our full Rodizio experience includes unlimited tableside service of our 17 signature cuts of fire-roasted meats (including Picanha, Filet Mignon, and Lamb Chops), plus unlimited access to our gourmet salad bar, hot side dishes, and traditional Brazilian cheese bread (Pão de Queijo).
Yes, we do! Please notify us when making your reservation, and our Adega Gaucha team will ensure that Halal-certified meat options are prepared specifically for your table to accommodate your dietary needs.
