A milestone in growth for the Orlando-founded steakhouse brand, recognized among America’s fastest-growing private companies.
ORLANDO, FL – Adega Gaucha Recognized for Strong Three-Year Revenue Growth, Earning a Rank of No. 79 in Food & Beverage on the 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
For a restaurant brand that began with one location in Orlando in 2021, the recognition represents a meaningful milestone.
In just a few years, Adega Gaucha has grown from its original Central Florida restaurant into a three-location all-you-can-eat steakhouse brand serving communities in Orlando, Kissimmee, and Deerfield Beach, with a fourth location planned for December 2026 in Dunwoody, Georgia.
More than a ranking, the Inc. 5000 recognition reflects a period of sustained business growth and the work required to build a restaurant brand while maintaining the experience that guests come back for.
From One Orlando Restaurant to a Growing Steakhouse Brand
Adega Gaucha’s story began in Orlando with a straightforward idea: bring the traditions of Southern Brazilian churrasco to Central Florida through a dining experience centered on food, hospitality, and the table.
Since opening its first restaurant in 2021, the company has continued to expand while keeping that foundation intact.
Today, guests can experience Adega Gaucha in three Florida locations:
- Orlando, where the brand began
- Kissimmee, serving Central Florida residents and visitors
- Deerfield Beach, extending the concept into South Florida
The next chapter is already underway…
Adega Gaucha is preparing to open its first Georgia restaurant in Dunwoody in January 2026, marking the brand’s first expansion beyond Florida.
That progression, from one restaurant to multiple markets, is an important part of what makes the Inc. 5000 recognition especially significant for the company.
What the Inc. 5000 Recognition Means
The Inc. 5000 is not simply a list of popular companies. It is a ranking based on measurable revenue growth among qualifying privately held companies in the United States.
For the 2026 ranking, companies are evaluated based on their percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. Companies must also meet specific eligibility requirements, including being U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent.
That makes earning a place on the list a meaningful business achievement.
Adega Gaucha’s position at No. 1,891 places the company among thousands of businesses recognized nationally for their growth over the measured period.
For a hospitality brand, that growth carries an additional dimension.
Restaurants are built locally. Every location depends on its surrounding community, its team, and the experience delivered at each table. Expanding successfully means growing the business without losing the identity that made guests want to return in the first place.
Growth Without Losing the Experience
At Adega Gaucha, the restaurant experience remains rooted in the traditions of Brazilian churrasco.
Premium meats are prepared over an open flame and brought directly to the table by Gaucho chefs. Guests can experience a rotating selection of fire-roasted cuts alongside the restaurant’s expansive Gourmet Table, which features fresh salads, charcuterie, cheeses, seasonal ingredients, hot dishes, and Brazilian-inspired accompaniments.
The experience is designed to be social.
Rather than treating dinner as simply an entrée and a side dish, Brazilian rodízio dining encourages guests to explore different cuts, share the experience around the table, and settle into a longer, more interactive meal.
The setting may change from one community to another, but the core philosophy remains familiar: quality ingredients, fire-roasted churrasco, attentive service, and genuine Brazilian hospitality.
The People Behind the Growth
A restaurant can open a new location, but people build a brand…
The Inc. 5000 milestone is therefore also a recognition of the teams working behind the scenes and at the tables every day, from Gaucho chefs and servers to managers, hospitality teams, and the people responsible for keeping each restaurant operating at a high standard.
For Adega Gaucha co-founder and COO Fabiano Borsato, the recognition reflects that collective effort.
“This recognition belongs to our team, whose dedication has guided our growth while keeping excellent hospitality at the heart of Adega Gaucha.”
That distinction matters.
Growth is often measured through revenue, locations, and rankings, but hospitality is experienced one guest at a time.
Every birthday, anniversary, business dinner, family gathering, and first visit becomes part of the brand’s story.
Why Brazilian Churrasco Remains at the Center
The foundation of Adega Gaucha’s concept is authentic Brazilian churrasco, inspired by the Gaucho traditions of Southern Brazil.
The cooking style is deliberately centered on fire.
Meat is seasoned and prepared over an open flame before being carved tableside, allowing guests to experience different cuts throughout their visit. Picanha, beef ribs, lamb, ribeye, and other premium selections form part of the churrasco experience, depending on the location and menu.
Alongside the meats, the Gourmet Table provides another important part of the experience.
With more than 50 selections across salads, cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables, hot dishes, and Brazilian-inspired specialties, it allows guests to build a meal around more than just the meat being served tableside.
Building Community Alongside the Business
Expansion is not only about entering new markets.
For Adega Gaucha, each restaurant becomes part of a local community.
The Orlando restaurant has grown alongside the Central Florida community since 2021, becoming a setting for celebrations, family dinners, date nights, business gatherings, and other milestones.
Kissimmee has brought the concept to another part of Central Florida, while Deerfield Beach has introduced the brand to South Florida.
The company’s community involvement also extends beyond the restaurant table through support for local organizations, charitable initiatives, and community events.
That connection is particularly important in hospitality.
Restaurants don’t simply serve neighborhoods. They become part of the places where people celebrate their lives.
The Next Chapter: Dunwoody, Georgia
The Inc. 5000 recognition arrives at an important point in Adega Gaucha’s development.
The company is preparing to open its first restaurant outside Florida in Dunwoody, Georgia, in January 2026.
Located at Twelve24 at 1224 Hammond Drive, the new restaurant is planned to accommodate more than 250 guests and will feature fire-roasted meats, the Gourmet Table, a premium wine program, handcrafted cocktails, patio seating, and private and semi-private event spaces.
The Dunwoody opening represents more than another restaurant address.
It is the next step in a journey that began with a single location in Orlando.
The expansion will introduce Adega Gaucha’s interpretation of Southern Brazilian churrasco to the Atlanta metropolitan area while maintaining the same emphasis on hospitality and experiences centered around the table.
A Milestone Built Around the Table
From its first Orlando restaurant in 2021 to three Florida locations and an upcoming Georgia expansion, Adega Gaucha’s growth has been shaped by a simple idea: bring people together through Brazilian food and hospitality.
Being named No. 1,891 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 provides national recognition for that journey and for the growth behind it.
But the milestone ultimately belongs to more than the company itself.
It belongs to the teams who prepare and serve every dish, the communities that welcomed each restaurant, and the guests who chose Adega Gaucha for everything from casual dinners to the occasions they’ll remember for years.
The next chapter begins in Georgia, but the foundation remains the same.
Fire-roasted churrasco. Brazilian hospitality. A table worth gathering around.
And a company that is still growing!
