Tax and gratuity are not included. An 18% service fee, 3% administrative fee, and applicable sales tax are added to all group packages.

So service flows smoothly for everyone, the package you choose is shared by the whole table.
Dietary Options
Halal options available on request, along with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive selections. Just tell us when you get in touch.
Applies to all group packages: 2.5-hour limit. Tax and gratuity are not included; an 18% service fee, 3% administrative fee, and applicable sales tax are added to all group packages. Sales tax rates: 6.5% in Orlando, 7% in Deerfield Beach, 7.5% in Kissimmee. Participation of the entire table is required. At the Deerfield Beach location, lunch groups are available on Fridays only.

Holiday Group Dining FAQs
What kinds of holiday gatherings can you host?
Corporate holiday dinners, client entertaining, team celebrations, department dinners, and festive gatherings with family and friends. We can seat your group in semi-private seating, a private dining room, or reserve the entire restaurant just for you.
What is included in each holiday group package?
Every churrasco package includes the Full Experience Churrasco: 17+ fire-roasted cuts carved continuously at your table, plus our 50+ item Gourmet Table. Depending on the tier you choose (Silver, Gold, Ruby, or Platinum), packages also include regular coffee or tea, a fountain drink, dessert, bottled water, and cocktails.
Are private or semi-private rooms available?
Yes. Private and semi-private spaces are available at our Orlando, Kissimmee, and Deerfield Beach locations, each with dedicated Gaucho carvers and staff for your group. If you'd like the whole restaurant to yourselves, we can arrange a full restaurant private event too. Tell us your guest count and we'll match you to the right space.
Can you accommodate halal, vegetarian, and other dietary preferences?
Halal options are available on request. Our 50+ item Gourmet Table also includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive selections. Just let us know when you send your event request and our team will take care of it.
When are lunch and brunch groups available?
Lunch groups are served Monday–Friday, 11:30am–4:00pm, and brunch groups Saturday–Sunday, 11:30am–3:00pm. At our Deerfield Beach location, lunch groups are welcomed on Fridays only.
